The Year of Living Intentionally

Call it New Year’s Resolutions 2.0, or, as I like to think of it, That Time Leah Decided to Get Her S— Together. But two months into 2017, I’m finally declaring it Do Over time. It’s time to stop letting the days go by and wonder what happened to them. It’s time to start feeling like I can contribute more to my family and this world than what I do by barely getting through the day. I know I can’t control everything–and if parenthood’s taught me anything, it’s that I have little control over anything at all–but I can change the way I act, knowing that it will cause a ripple effect.
